When will my order be despatched and with which service provider?

We ship Monday - Friday excluding Bank holidays. During busy spells, orders can take up to 3 business days to despatch from receipt of your order.  However, we always aim for this to be sooner where possible and the majority of orders received by 11am are processed and despatched the same day.

All orders - whether to UK or international destinations - will be delivered by Royal Mail and delivery is subject to their terms and conditions. Regrettably, Royal Mail does not offer delivery on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

How long will delivery take?

For UK mainland orders, standard 2nd class delivery takes up to 3-5 working days with standard 1st class delivery typically taking 1-3 working days. 

For orders outside the UK mainland, we use Royal Mail's International Standard service. Orders to the European Union (EU) typically take 5-10 working days, orders to the US usually take 7-12 working days and international orders further afield can take 10-21 working days.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates only. Delays in the Royal Mail service do occasionally occur and are more likely to occur at peak holiday/seasonal times such as Bank holidays, Valentine's Day, Mother's/Father's Day and Christmas so please do allow for additional postage time by shopping early during these spells.

To mitigate delivery delays, please ensure you leave a note at checkout if you have any specific delivery instructions for your postman.

What if I miss my delivery?

If delivery to the address is not possible, a card should be left by the carrier to let you know how you can collect the parcel or arrange re-delivery. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not following up to collect the parcel or being available at the specified re-delivery time. 

Do you ship worldwide and what about customs, taxes and duties?

We do ship worldwide with one key caveat: since 13 December 2024 (implementation date), the EU's General Product Safety Regulations prevent us from shipping any products which were manufactured post-implementation date due to onerous compliance requirements which are impractical for us to implement. The good news is that we can still ship any product manufactured prior to implementation date which currently covers the majority of products on our website.

Please note that Versed Aid is not liable for any duties, taxes or any other charges incurred in relation to the importation of its goods sent from the UK to another country. In all circumstances, all such costs will be payable by the purchaser of such goods.

What if my order is damaged or lost in transit?

In the event that your order is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us by email at info@versed-aid.co.uk and we will do what we can to assist you. In the event of damaged items, please attach relevant photographs to your email. Please note that due to Royal Mail's claim processes, we must wait 21 working days from the date your order was despatched before we can issue replacements or a refund.

RETURNS

Can I return or exchange my item?

We aim to keep things simple - so Versed Aid will gladly accept the return or exchange of products in their original and sealed condition within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

To start the return/exchange process, please email us in the first instance at info@versed-aid.co.uk with your order details and we will advise the return address along with any other relevant details.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless we've shipped an item in error (then we're total plonkers) or an item has been damaged or lost in transit (then someone else is a total plonker).
